Lakin Spears, LLP sponsors the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Northern California, 48th annual Symposium “Walk of Life” in Napa from May 2-4, 2025. The Symposium focuses on advanced family law topics, including cash flow issues for retirement-aged individuals; navigating disability, divorce and death when the issues collide; an overview of the law on assisted reproduction; the complexities of alternative asset management companies; palimony and the potential interplays with divorce; and inspirational advice to help regulate practicing lawyer’s emotions facing high-conflict situations to round out the weekend.
The Symposium is attended by hundreds of family law practitioners and members of the community, including almost all of the Lakin Spears attorneys.
